January 29th 2011

Hello all, things have been going great!
Went to the gym with my brothers last night, was great. 
Day off work today so Im gonna go for a nice walk at a park I think, its cold and foggy out but that is my kind of weather! ha ha.

I have been looking into going to the boxing gym as well. Feels like somthing I would really like to do. 

Food wise as of late has been the usual. Lots of meat and vegies, so far so good, still feel great, physically and mentally.

Day 11, January 24, 2011

Just woke up so dont have too much to add so far for my day, Im in charge again so I should go for a small walk before work to clear my head and warm up the legs.

Had the most fail time getting out of bed today haha, tripped over god knows what and flew onto my couch and rolled onto the ground. was less then agile. haha

Food

Breakfast: Raisin Bran w/ skim milk
Lunch: Wendys spicy chicken caesar salad w/o the croutons

Day 10, January 23, 2011

Today was great, felt wonderful and was able to keep a clear head during my first shift as Grocery Manager, was very nervous but the crew I worked with were solid as usual.

Went for a walk before work, maybe that helped with the clearing of my mind. Will try and make a habbit of doing this before days I am in charge haha.

Food
Breakfast: Raisinbran w/ skim milk
Lunch: Chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and cheese
Dinner: Vinager Coleslaw and some sandwich meat w/ 1 litre water
Snack: Cheese melted on a chicken breast

Jan 22nd 2011, Day Nine.

Today was nice, was a lazy day on account of the greyness outside but I still went for a walk in the afternoon and then played some games to pass the time. Started some hobby stuff and did some sketching as well. 

Eating

Breakfast- Bowl of raisin bran w/ skim milk
Lunch- Chicken Breast w/ vegies
Dinner- Subway salad
Snack - Pickels and chicken breast

Jan 21st 2011 day Eight

Today was my "cheat day" where I ate well today, meaning small meals except for dinner, went out to Sitas and treated myself to a pasta I was craving for the last while. 

Back to the system tommorow.  :)

Jan. 20th, 2011. day Seven.

Felt pretty good today, the trend of feeling full of energy and "Lighter" feeling continues. Love it. 
Not hungry between meals except for the snack after dinner before bed. Need to work on either ignoring it or finding some better snacks. 

Eating

Breakfast- Bowl of raisin bran w/ skim milk
Lunch- None
Dinner- Beef veg. soup. (sick of this crappy soup, chicken dish was MUCH better)
Snack - Cheese, pickel and pepperoni.

Jan, 19th, 2011, Day Six.

Today was a good day. 
Work was demanding but I felt upto it, felt physically and mentally strong, first time in a long time :)

Lunch- Beef veg. soup. 
Dinner- Broccoli w/ cheese sauce. Chicken Breast.
Snack - cheese and pepperoni
