Well, today it starts, after weeks of reading online articles of nutrition and healthy eating habits. I have gone and purchased a short term gym membership (all I can afford right now) and bought some new work out shorts (haha) I am now ready for this.
It has taken alot of push from friends and family to get me moving in the right direction, but in the end it took some deep self reflection and a want from my own being to do this. I want to be around to celebrate life with my family and good friends for a long time, and, at this pace I know I will live a short, sad life.
So, I have made this blog to track my eating, workout and nutritional habits. Kind of a way to keep myself on track and share with anyone who may be interested in reading about it for the sake of caring.
I shall be posting some info on here about stuff I have learnt and perhaps you may wish to learn about or at least understand.
Current Stats: 5'11'' Weighing myself today or tommorow.
Workout today - 45 minutes walking (cut short due to migraine but I wanted to do somthing)
Eating
Breakfast- Raisin Bran Cereal / Skim milk
Lunch- Green Salad with balsamic dressing
Dinner-Small plate of Chicken bell pepper dish
Snack-Piece of Salmon (got sick from haha, bad salmon)
