The Eating Plan.

As stated earlier I am posting some links to Diet information that I will be using as a crutch.

My overall theory will be make healthier decisions. Eat little to no flour, processed sugars and empty carbs. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day and work out (30-60 minutes of cardio followed by two muscle groups a session) and, cut back on salt intake, very important to me.
