I feel good, hungry, but I can ignore the hunger, my mind is clear and my body doesn't feel the need to be immobile lol. Got to sleep in a little today so I am just going to have a snack instead of breakfast and head out. See if I can find a way to get weighed in so I can keep track of it better.
Current Stats: 5'11'' Weighing myself today or tomorrow.
Workout today - 45 min cardio. (Walk)
Eating
Breakfast- Hand full of blackberries / glass of water.
Lunch- Salad with Chicken
Dinner- Chicken bell pepper dish and broccoli with cheese
Snack- Cheese and pickles
