Had my first real day of work since starting out the eating changes, was okay except I slept in and didnt have time to eat my cereal in the morning, so I didnt eat until 3pm today. Found myself getting pretty weak and very hungry so I took a break and carbo fueled to catch up in lost energy.
Felt fine afterwords but I was hungrier then usual after dinner, so lesson learened. dont miss meals, it messes the day up.
Current Stats: 5'11'' Weighing myself today or tomorrow.
