Jan 18th, 2011, Day five

Feeling much much better today, didnt miss any meals and my hunger issues are going away. Feeling a litte less weak then the yesterday. Started taking some vitamins as well,  shall see if they help with my legs. 



Current Stats: 5'11'' Weighing myself today or tomorrow.

Workout today - Work was enough today. 

Eating

Breakfast- Bowl of raisin bran w/ skim milk
Lunch- Broccoli w/ cheese sauce and a handfull of black berries
Dinner- Steak with Cream cheese and shrimp rolled up togheter.
Snack - 2 pepperoni sticks
